Learning in a Digital Age focused on helping us better understand some of the major trends and hot topics in the field of Educational Technology. One of the most impactful assignments in the course was to develop our own Professional Learning Network (PLN). This was designed to help us connect with some of the experts in Educational Technology and pull from their experience to enhance our own skills and knowledge about the field. I chose to create a Twitter account and follow six experts in the field of gamification. Gamification is one of my interests in this field because of its connection to sport. By utilizing the technology of Twitter I am now forever connected to these gamification experts, and can always continue to grow and learn from my PLN.
