Facilitating Online Learning

In this class we focused on learning how to properly facilitate online learning to enhance the learning experience for students. The major project for this course was to write a course proposal that you could take to your administration to convince them to have an online, or blended course. Sticking with my leadership theme, I proposed a blended leadership course for the high school level. This project certainly stretched my ability, but I was able to develop my skill around content knowledge, content pedagogy, creating new learning environments, and developing my own professional knowledge and skills on the subject of leadership. Certainly this was a very challenging and rewarding class and project.
